Paul joined Keck & Wood in 2019, bringing with him 26 years of experience in designing water and wastewater infrastructure. He possesses particular expertise in wastewater treatment and has the distinction of being the project manager on a directional drilling project that, at the time, set a world record for distance drilled.

As head of Keck & Wood’s Charleston office, Paul provides engineering and project management oversight and is responsible for business development, as well as recruiting and staff development. As the father of five kids, he is tasked with figuring out ways not to get eaten out of house and home. He also likes to find time for fishing, surfing, and fossil hunting.
