Walter Elisha Park

The Walter Elisha Park is where the Town of Fort Mill holds its annual Strawberry Festival (www.scstrawberryfestival.com) attracting up to 60,000 visitors each year.  Keck & Wood leads a team designing significant improvements to the 12 acre park by adding a 600+ seat outdoor amphitheater with a covered stage, bench swings, trails, restroom facilities, lighting, and additional parking spaces.  The project has an estimated budget of $3.7 million and should be advertised for bids in the 3rd quarter of 2019.
