Storm Water Master Plan
Keck & Wood was hired by the City of Winder in December of 2015 to prepare a Stormwater Master Plan to use as a planning tool for future stormwater projects within drainage basins identified by the city. The scope included a detailed study of four drainage basins with a combined area of approximately 141 acres. Each basin discharges under a CSX railroad. The study also included hydraulic analysis of the outfall paths for each basin studied.
