Civil | Site Design, Utility Layout, Storm Drainage, Erosion Control Plan, Permitting, Bidding & Construction Administration
Located in a prominent location in Rock Hill – off Interstate 77, near Manchester Village, the Galleria Mall, Waterford Business Park and Waterford Golf Course, The Tuttle Company invested in Antrim Business Park’s solid growth location.
Keck & Wood collaborated closely with The Tuttle Company and the City of Rock Hill to create a Group Development Plan for this property that met the needs of the developer, and satisfied the City in regards to aesthetics and impact to the community. To accommodate this, an industrial collector road, along with water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, were designed for future industrial sites in the park ranging from 2 to 50 acres.
Once the site design was completed, Keck & Wood guided this project through permitting, bidding and construction administration. Once the construction was complete, Keck & Wood certified all water and sewer infrastructure and produced As-Builts documents, so the utility provider could obtain ownership of the new water and sewer lines.
Once the initial sitework had been completed, Keck & Wood produced site fit up plans and cost estimates for potential industrial / supply chain uses including clients like the York County Economic Development Board.
