Gwinnett Stripers Company Outing
This year's warm summer breeze made for a fun and relaxing company outing at the Gwinnett Stripers' game. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the evening with coworkers, family, and friends.
Button Down Dash 2019
Team Keck & Wood participated for the 6th year in the Gwinnett Chamber’s Annual Button Down Dash. We had 20 runners, 2 of which placed in the top of their age group. Congratulations Megha Singh and Jennifer Abrams for taking 1st place in your age groups!
Feed My Starving Children
Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit organization that provides nutritionally complete meals for malnourished children around the world. For the third year Keck & Wood joined the assembly line and hand-packed specifically formulated meals for undernourished children to be shipped around the world. Over the four day event, 6,072 boxes were packed, totaling 1,322,552 meals, enough to feed 3,593 kids for an entire year!
Pilot Testing Membranes: Is it Really Worth the Expense
Jolene Northrop, PE and Loren Weaver, EIT recently presented on this topic as the 2019 SCEC Conference. Look for their next presentation at the 2019 GRWA Spring Conference at Jekyll Island in May.
Thompson Mill Road at North Bogan Road Intersection Improvements, Gwinnett County, GA
Keck & Wood, Inc. is excited to announce its selection by the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation to provide professional engineering services associated with the proposed intersection improvements at the intersection of Thompson Mill Road and North Bogan Road in Gwinnett County, GA. The project will be funded thru the Gwinnett County SPLOST program and consists of adding a traffic signal along with left turn lanes to the intersection.
City of Gainesville Downtown Streetscape Improvements
Keck & Wood, Inc. is excited to announce its selection by the City of Gainesville to provide professional engineering services associated with the City's continued redevelopment of their downtown.
