Keck & Wood is excited to announce its selection by The Town of Andrews, SC to provide consulting services associated with The Town’s $3.6 Million loan/grant from the USDA for water and sewer work. The project includes updating/replacing the existing water meters with a fixed base meter system and SSES services to include smoke testing, CCTV visual inspection, and electro-scanning (Low Voltage Conductivity Inspection). Upon completion of the sanitary sewer testing, Keck & Wood will assist the Town in developing a Capital Improvement Plan for future implementation. This extremely important project for the Town of Andrews is being led by Daniel Wallace, Senior Project Manager out of the Rock Hill, SC office.
