York Technical College Parking Lot C Renovations & Expansion

Renovation of an existing parking lot using cement stabilized full depth reclamation rather than tearing out and replacing the existing parking material. The parking lot was also expanded to add new spaces and enhances with walkways and landscaping. The project was completed in two phases so some existing parking could be maintained for students during construction.
