HWY 274 24 Inch Waterline Phases 1 & 2

Keck & Wood performed a study of York County’s Western Water System to determine the size of the waterline that was to replace the existing 12” trunk line along the Highway 274 corridor. Using the study of the Western Water System, York County proceeded to replace the existing 12” trunk line with 5.5 miles of 24” ductile iron water line. The water line replacement was designed and coordinated with the Highway 274 Pennies for Progress road improvements project at a cost of $3,000,000.
