With 118 acres of land, The Tuttle Company connected with Keck & Wood to start the visioning process for the project. With six buildings, housing a combined 1.4 million square feet of industrial and commercial space, this park has the potential to generate quality jobs for the region.
Keck & Wood performed the planning and civil site design to create an industrial park layout that worked well with the topography and adjacent roads to create attractive lots for future phases of buildings. Additionally, the team collaborated with the client to map out the entire infrastructure for the development, which included an industrial collector road with water, sewer, and storm drainage to serve future phases. An existing waterline was extended off of the adjacent road, and a cross country sewer line was required to be designed and constructed in order to connect to the public system.
The first phase included +/- 694,000 square feet of space and the remaining +/- 781,000 square feet will make up the second phase.
