Our President and former CEO, Keith Costley, PE, officially steps into retirement after 26 years with Keck + Wood!
Keith’s insight and dedication has left a lasting impact, shaping our firm’s growth and strengthening the foundation of our culture. His journey with our team began 20+ years ago in our Rock Hill, SC office within the Water + Wastewater market. Through his relentless work ethic, client-first mindset, and servant leadership, Keith eventually relocated to our Duluth, GA headquarters, ultimately serving as both CEO and President.
Under his leadership, the firm has more than doubled in size and revenue, expanded its geographic reach, increased its professional service capabilities, integrated AI across the firm, and ushered the firm through reorganization and leadership transitions. Beyond his executive role, Keith was a true champion for our culture and dedicated countless hours to volunteering in the communities we serve.
