Main Street Revitalization Concepts

Keck + Wood worked with the Town of Clover, SC to develop concepts to reimagine its Main Street, which is home to many small businesses that are a part of the identity of the town. Keck + Wood is also designing improvements to a small park located at the primary intersection along Main Street.

Once implemented, the streetscape improvements will include elements such as pavement markings, additional parking spaces, trees, sidewalk improvements and ADA-compliant access to storefronts.

The park improvements will include a pergola, bench swings, hardscape improvements and shade structures for pedestrians to utilize as they navigate downtown Clover.
