Civil Design Engineer

Rock Hill, SC

Assignment: The Civil Engineering graduate will work in the Rock Hill, SC office of Keck & Wood, Inc. The candidate will work with other civil engineers in design activities and project administration duties.

Environment: The candidate will work primarily in the office but will occasionally travel to project sites for construction review and project administration. Overnight travel is infrequent.

Duties: Civil engineering design and project administration, working in a team environment with a Professional Engineer mentor. Design activities will include use of state-of-the art design software and equipment. Assignment will include both office-based work and field opportunities to review construction. The area of practice will include design and administrative duties for roadways, water and sewer utilities, storm water utilities, land development, and recreation facilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

BS Civil Engineering, EIT certification desired
1-3 years related experience
Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
Good communication and interpersonal skills
